With 56 percent of its employees consisting of women, the brand has become a women's organization in 2015. The company launched the Happy Women Movement, which offers its employees practices beyond positive discrimination and grants additional privileges. With this project, working mothers are supported with half-day leave and all female employees at the head office are given the opportunity to work from home one day a month.

Speaking at the award ceremony, Yeşim Çokeker, Human Resources Director of DeFacto, stated that they continuously invest in the development of their employees and said, "Since our establishment, the satisfaction of our employees has been the most important issue for us. We see the policy of equal work and equal pay as the basic condition that all sectors and sector players should prioritize. We have carried out many projects for women. In our Dreams from Fabric project, we utilize the fabric and accessories left over from DeFacto productions. We send them to vocational high school students all over Turkey, support their projects in person and contribute to the development of future designers and industry representatives of the future. In this way, we contribute to both health and education We are simultaneously raising awareness in the field.
