Technology is of great importance for DeFacto and is one of the most invested areas. In this context, DeFacto continued to invest in technology and established a technology company in 2015. At DeFacto Tekno technology company in Istanbul Teknopark, DeFacto works on research and business development and developing its own software with over 100 software developers. DeFacto became the first fashion brand to implement omnichannel for the first time in Turkey by adding a new one to the firsts it brought to the ready-to-wear and fashion industry. With the investments it has made since 2015, it completed the omnichannel process in all stores across the country and offered it to the service of customers as of 2016. DeFacto will continue to expand abroad in its e-commerce site and omnichannel. With this vision, DeFacto is the first fashion retailer in Turkey to have an online-based executive on its board of directors. This reveals DeFacto's pioneering approach in the sector.
